By the end of the lesson, learners can:

State at least four reasons why leisure is important in human life.
Explain how leisure provides relaxation and recovery of energy after work or study.
Discuss leisure as a divine law that allows for rest and renewal.
Give examples of profitable leisure activities they can engage in after school hours.
Prepare a simple personal programme that balances study, rest, and leisure activities.
