Indicator: B9.6.1.1.3 - Explain the need for leisure
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- State at least four reasons why leisure is important in human life.
- Explain how leisure provides relaxation and recovery of energy after work or study.
- Discuss leisure as a divine law that allows for rest and renewal.
- Give examples of profitable leisure activities they can engage in after school hours.
- Prepare a simple personal programme that balances study, rest, and leisure activities.
