By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Label the crown, neck, and root of a mammalian tooth on a diagram.
- Describe the location of each part of a tooth in relation to the gum line.
- Explain the function of each part: crown, neck, and root.
- Identify the materials that make up each part, such as enamel, dentine, cement, and pulp.
- Distinguish between the visible part of a tooth and the parts hidden beneath the gum.
