Learning Objectives

Indicator: 3.3.3.LI.2 - Demonstrate professional competencies in the chosen pathway of sports excellence (seminar presentation)

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify and explain at least five professional competencies required in their chosen sports excellence pathway, supported by evidence from research.
Demonstrate, through a mini seminar presentation, at least three professional competencies (such as communication, organisation, and technical skill) relevant to their selected pathway.
Evaluate their own and peers’ presentations against a competency checklist, giving constructive feedback in a respectful manner.
Use digital tools (such as PowerPoint, Canva, or video clips) to enhance the delivery of their seminar presentation.
Reflect on their personal strengths and areas for growth within their chosen sports career pathway, showing self-awareness and a commitment to improvement.
