Indicator: B2.3.2.1.1 - Identify the sun as the main source of light and warmth on earth
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Describe the physical appearance and location of the sun in the sky.
- Identify the sun as the main source of light and warmth on Earth.
- Explain in simple terms how life on Earth would be different if there were no sun.
- Discuss and present at least two everyday uses of the sun’s light and warmth.
- Draw and colour a picture of the sun showing its shape and colour.
