Learning Objectives

Indicator: 3.2.3.LI.2 - Discuss components of kinesiology and how to apply them in physical education.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify and define at least five components of kinesiology from a given list or scenario.
Explain how each component of kinesiology influences human movement during physical activity.
Demonstrate at least three kinesiology components through practical movement tasks in groups.
Analyse a physical education activity and recommend kinesiology-based adjustments to improve performance or reduce injury risk.
Present group findings on the application of kinesiology components, using appropriate terminology and clear communication.
