Indicator: B5.5.3.1.1 - Identify the raw materials used in some local industries (kenkey production, gari production, ceramic and pottery production)
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Name at least three local industries found in their community and the products they make.
- Identify and list the raw materials used in kenkey production, gari production, and ceramic and pottery production.
- Match local products to their correct raw materials through a sorting and matching activity.
- Observe a local production site or video and record the raw materials used in the industry.
- Explain in their own words why raw materials are important to any industry.
