Learning Objectives
Indicator: B9.3.3.1.1 - Know examples of situations in everyday life that depict enlargement situations in everyday life.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify at least five everyday situations in Ghana that involve enlargement and state what is being enlarged.
- Distinguish between enlargement that happens vertically, horizontally, and in both directions at once.
- Explain the nature of movement (direction and size change) in at least three enlargement situations from daily life.
- Use digital tools or visual aids to capture and describe an enlargement situation they observe around them.
- Sort given everyday examples into “enlargement” and “not enlargement” categories with correct justification.
