Exemplars (from the NaCCA curriculum)

1. Set cardiorespiratory strength and endurance goals and pursue them through performances recorded in the B7- B8 log. The major goal is to maintain a personal level of performance and improve, as necessary. This may include increased frequency of bike riding, skipping, skipping, small sided football games, etc. at home and school.
2. Record estimate of duration/measure of performance in your self-journal as your effort to increase involvement in physical activity.
