Indicator: B8.2.2.2.1 - Participate in cardiorespiratory activities at varying levels of challenge or difficulty for personal development and leisure
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Define cardiorespiratory endurance and explain why it matters for everyday health and leisure.
- Identify at least three cardiorespiratory activities they can perform at home, at school, or in their community.
- Set a personal cardiorespiratory goal for the next two weeks and record it in their B7 performance log or self-journal.
- Participate in a series of cardiorespiratory activities at varying levels of difficulty, adjusting their effort to match the challenge.
- Use their self-journal to record estimated duration or performance measure (for example, distance covered, number of skips, or time taken) after each activity session.
