Learning Objectives
Indicator: B7.2.2.3.1
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Demonstrate at least five different muscular strength and endurance activities, including push-ups, pull-ups, and household or community chores that bear weight on muscles.
- Explain the difference between muscular strength (doing more weight in fewer repetitions) and muscular endurance (doing more repetitions with less weight).
- Perform each activity with correct form, counting repetitions and recording the duration or number of reps achieved.
- Set a personal goal for improving their performance in one muscular activity over the next two weeks.
- Record their performance estimates in a self-journal and reflect honestly on their current fitness level and areas for improvement.
