By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Explain at least three functions of water in the human body during physical activity.
- Describe the signs and symptoms of dehydration during exercise.
- Discuss why water is considered a vital nutrient for athletes and physically active individuals.
- Demonstrate proper hydration practices before, during, and after physical activity.
- Work effectively in groups to research and present findings on the role of water in nutrition and physical activity.
