Indicator: B7.1.1.1.4 - Round decimals to the nearest tenth, hundredth, thousandths, etc.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify the place value of digits in decimal numbers up to four decimal places.
Apply the rules for rounding off, rounding up, and rounding down to round decimals to the nearest tenth, hundredth, and thousandth.
Justify each rounding decision by referring to the digit in the place value immediately to the right of the target place.
Round decimals correctly in both table format and written format, showing all working steps.
