Learning Objectives

Indicator: B2.2.3.1.1 - Sketch and locate things in the classroom

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Observe and describe the shape of the classroom (square, rectangle, round, or a combination) using their own words.
  2. Sketch the outline of the classroom, showing its correct shape on paper.
  3. Colour their classroom sketch neatly, choosing colours that match the real things in the room.
  4. Locate and mark at least three fixed things in their sketch, such as the door, chalkboard, and teacher’s table.
  5. Share their completed sketches with classmates and talk about what they drew and where they placed things.
