Learning Objectives
Indicator: B2.1.1.2.1 - Describe the basic structure of animals (head, limbs and trunk)
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- name at least five different animals from pictures or videos shown in class
- point to and name the head, limbs and trunk of an animal in a picture
- describe the function of the head, limbs and trunk of an animal (e.g., the head holds the eyes and mouth, the limbs help the animal move)
- draw an animal of their choice and label its head, limbs and trunk
- sort pictures of different animals according to whether they have all three basic parts (head, limbs and trunk) visible
