Indicator: B9.2.2.1.2

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Identify at least three activities of the grasshopper in everyday life, such as feeding on grasses, weeds and cultivated crops.
  2. Classify the activities of the grasshopper as either harmful or beneficial to humans, giving reasons for each classification.
  3. Investigate and present information from at least two sources (textbooks, internet, or community knowledge) on how grasshopper activities affect humans.
  4. Propose at least two practical strategies to promote the beneficial effects or reduce the harmful effects of grasshopper activities in their community.
  5. Communicate their findings and recommendations clearly, using correct structure and relevant details in speech or writing.
