Indicator: B2.4.4.1.1 - Explain the importance of farming in Ghana

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Name at least four farming activities they have seen or know about in their community.
  2. Explain in their own words at least three reasons why farming is important to their families and to Ghana.
  3. Work in groups to discuss and present how farming affects their daily lives.
  4. Draw and describe the main farming activity in their community.
  5. Show appreciation for farmers by saying or writing one way farmers help the nation.
