Learning Objectives
Indicator: 3.3.3.LI.1 - Discuss the sources of waste in your community and Ghana
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify at least five major sources of waste in their local community through a field observation exercise.
- Categorise sources of waste into domestic, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and institutional groups.
- Explain the difference between major (high-quantity) and minor (low-quantity) sources of waste in Ghana.
- List at least three national-level sources of waste beyond their immediate community.
- Work collaboratively in mixed groups to present findings on community waste sources, respecting diverse views and contributions.
