Learning Objectives
Indicator: B8.5.2.1.4 - Generate Ideas/possible solutions
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- sketch at least three distinct possible solutions to their design problem using freehand drawing
- write descriptive and annotated notes explaining the features, materials, and working principles of each generated idea
- compare their generated ideas against their design specifications and select the best one using a simple evaluation table
- develop the selected idea into a working drawing with accurate dimensions and labels
- explain the reasoning behind their final design choice, showing evidence of reflection on their thinking process
