Learning Objectives
Indicator: B3.4.1.1.1 - Gather and record Data
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- State what data is and give at least two reasons why people collect data.
- Gather first-hand data by asking classmates a simple question and recording their responses.
- Record collected data using at least one method: tallies, checkmarks, lists, or tables.
- Answer simple questions based on the data they have recorded, and justify their answers using the recorded information.
- Work collaboratively in groups to collect, record, and present data to the class.
