Indicator: B8.2.3.1.1 - Explore the different seed beds for planting crops in your community.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify at least four different types of seed beds found in their community and name crops planted on each.
- Observe and describe the physical features of different seed beds, noting their shape, size, and construction materials.
- Compare and contrast the similarities and differences among at least three seed beds using a simple table.
- Match appropriate seed beds to specific crop types and growth stages based on local farming practices.
- Explain the reasons why farmers choose particular seed beds for particular crops.
