E.g. 1 Display a number chart in multiples of 1,500 between 10,000 and 1000,000 and lead learners identify numbers in different positions around a given number. Put learners in pairs and give each group a number grid and have them identify numbers in different positions around a chosen number 10,000 11,500 12,000 13,500 15,000 16,500 20,000 21,500 22,000 23,500 24,000 25,500 30,000 31,500 33,000 34,500 36,000 37,500 40,000 41,500 43,000 44,500 46,000 47,500 50,000 51,500 53,000 54,500 56,000 57,500 60,000 61,500 63,000 64,500 66,000 67,500
