By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Explain at least five general methods of preventing injuries in daily life and sporting activities.
Describe the key principles of managing an injury immediately after it occurs, including the use of basic first aid.
Demonstrate through role play the correct steps for handling at least two common injury scenarios.
Justify why injury prevention is more effective than treatment in reducing harm and disability.
Assess and comment on the injury prevention and management techniques demonstrated by their peers.
