By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Explain at least five general methods of preventing injuries in daily life and sporting activities.
- Describe the key principles of managing an injury immediately after it occurs, including the use of basic first aid.
- Demonstrate through role play the correct steps for handling at least two common injury scenarios.
- Justify why injury prevention is more effective than treatment in reducing harm and disability.
- Assess and comment on the injury prevention and management techniques demonstrated by their peers.
