By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify at least six different career pathways available in Career Technology using research from multiple sources.
Describe the key skills, interests and values required for at least three specific career opportunities within Career Technology.
Write a short group report on career pathways in Career Technology and present the findings clearly to the class.
Assess their own skills, interests and values and match them to at least two promising career options in Career Technology.
Justify their career choices by comparing current job demand and personal fit for their selected career pathways.
