Indicator: B9.2.4.1.1 - List the ingredients and the method of preparation of different feed for different domestic and commercial animals
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- List at least five common feed ingredients used for domestic and commercial animals in Ghana.
- State the ingredients and describe the step-by-step method of preparing feed for at least three different animals (e.g., poultry, pigs, and cattle).
- Compile a table matching each animal with its feed ingredients and method of preparation.
- Demonstrate the preparation of a simple feed ration using locally available ingredients.
- Explain why different animals require different feed ingredients and preparation methods.
