Learning Objectives
Indicator: 2.3.1.LI.1 - Design an infographic to illustrate the art and design processes.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- List the stages of the art and design process in the correct order (from research and ideation to final presentation).
- Explain the purpose and features of an effective infographic, including visual hierarchy, clarity, and use of icons and colour.
- Research and document at least one real-world social problem in their community that art and design processes could help address.
- Design a hand-drawn or digitally created infographic that visually communicates the art and design process in response to a chosen social problem.
- Present and defend their infographic to peers, explaining how each stage of the process connects to solving the identified problem.
