By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Distinguish between energy conversion and energy conservation using everyday examples from their own lives.
- Identify at least three practical opportunities to conserve energy in their homes, school, or community.
- Explain how a single energy source undergoes multiple conversions before it is finally used, giving a complete example chain.
- Describe why energy conservation matters for Ghana’s economy and environment, using at least two specific reasons.
- Work in a group to produce a simple written report identifying energy waste in their school and recommending practical conservation measures.
