Learning Objectives

Indicator: B8.5.2.1.6

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Test their completed artefacts against the design specifications they wrote in Term 3, Week 1, checking shape, function, finish and material.
  2. State at least two strengths and two weaknesses of their own artefact and verify each one by referring to the actual artefact.
  3. Propose at least one realistic modification to improve their artefact, explaining why the change would help.
  4. Rate the overall quality of their artefact using the scale: excellent, very good, good, fair or poor, and justify their rating.
