Indicator: B8.5.2.1.3 - Write Design Specifications
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Define design specifications and explain their purpose in the design process.
- Develop and write clear design specifications based on a given design brief and research findings.
- Give at least three valid reasons for each specification they develop.
- Arrange specifications in logical categories (function, materials, size, cost, appearance, safety).
- Use their written specifications to guide the next stage of idea generation.
