By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify at least three cutting and shaping tools used on a building site, in a wood workshop, and in a metal or plastics workshop.
Describe the specific use of each identified tool in clear and simple terms.
Work in groups to discuss and present the uses of cutting and shaping tools to the class.
Sketch and label at least three cutting and shaping tools accurately.
Select the appropriate cutting or shaping tool for a given task based on the material being worked on.
