Learning Objectives

Indicator: B8.1.1.1.1 - Demonstrate skills of personal hygiene

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Explain at least three causes of bad body odour and describe how each cause leads to the problem.
  2. Identify and select appropriate materials (such as lime, lemon, deodorant, soap, and clean water) used to prevent bad body odour.
  3. Create a personal hygiene poster showing the causes of bad body odour and the materials used to prevent it.
  4. Demonstrate the correct steps for using materials to prevent bad body odour.
  5. Plan a simple school campaign message and identify the target group for educating the school community on eliminating bad body odour.
