Writing Simple Words and Sentences

Learning Objectives
Indicator: B3.4.5.1.4 - Copy various sentences, verses and words of songs legibly (writing should be bold and clear)
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Copy a given verse of a familiar song word for word without omitting or adding any words.
- Form each letter clearly and boldly, keeping letters evenly spaced within words and words evenly spaced within sentences.
- Use capital letters at the beginning of sentences and full stops at the end when copying.
- Check their own copied work against the original to confirm accuracy and legibility.
- Take turns to read aloud a copied verse so a partner can verify it matches the original.
