Learning Objectives

Indicator: B9.3.4.1.2 - Develop a blog for the school or a social club

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Identify and list the essential items to include when setting up a blog for their school or a social club, such as the blog name, tagline, categories, and contact information.

  2. Plan the structure and content sections of a school or social club blog by creating a simple blog outline on paper.

  3. Set up a basic blog framework by choosing a platform, selecting a theme, and creating a blog title and tagline that reflect the purpose of the school or club.

  4. Create at least one sample blog post that includes a heading, body text, and a relevant image placeholder, appropriate for their school or social club.

  5. Evaluate a peer’s blog plan and provide one useful suggestion for improvement, using a simple checklist.
