Indicator: B5.6.2.1.8 - Explain what a home page is.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Define a home page in their own words and distinguish it from other web pages.
- Identify the home page of a website by its characteristics and location.
- Explain the purpose of a home page as the main entry point of a website.
- Recognise the home page button (icon) in a web browser and describe what it does.
- Demonstrate how to return to a home page using the browser’s home button or icon.
