By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify the imperative form of verbs in spoken and written sentences.
- Use the imperative form of verbs to give clear commands or orders in classroom and everyday situations.
- Use the imperative form of verbs to make polite suggestions to peers and family members.
- Distinguish between a command (a firm order) and a suggestion (a polite offer of an idea) based on tone and wording.
- Respond appropriately to commands and suggestions given by others in pair and group activities.
