Indicator: B5.5.7.1.1 - Use prepositions to convey a variety of meanings
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Define a preposition and identify at least five prepositions in a given text.
- Identify the meaning a preposition conveys (position, direction, time, purpose, possession, comparison, support or opposition) when used in a sentence.
- Construct at least three original sentences using simple prepositions to show different meanings (position, direction, time, purpose, possession, comparison, support or opposition).
- Write a short paragraph of at least five sentences that correctly uses prepositions to show different meanings.
