Indicator: B4.5.5.1.1 - Use adjectives to make comparisons
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify comparative adjectives in given sentences and short passages.
- Form the comparative form of common adjectives by adding -er or using “more”.
- Use “than” correctly when making comparisons between two people, places or things.
- Write their own sentences comparing two things using comparative adjectives.
- Distinguish between the base form of an adjective and its comparative form.
