Indicator: B5.5.6.1.1 - Use adverbs to express manner

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify adverbs of manner in given sentences and passages.
Explain that adverbs of manner tell us how an action is done and modify verbs.
Form adverbs of manner by adding “ly” to adjectives (e.g., slow to slowly, careful to carefully).
Use adverbs of manner correctly in their own sentences and short paragraphs.
Present their written work to peers and give and receive feedback on the use of adverbs of manner.
