Indicator: B5.5.4.1.2 - Use the simple past verb form to express past needs, feelings and interest
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify the simple past form of regular and common irregular verbs in a given passage.
- Use the simple past verb form correctly to write at least three sentences expressing needs they had in the past.
- Use the simple past verb form correctly to write at least three sentences expressing feelings they had in the past.
- Use the simple past verb form correctly to write at least three sentences expressing interests they had in the past.
- Write a short paragraph (5 to 7 sentences) about what happened after school on a chosen day, using the simple past form consistently.
