  2. Describe the main features of the 1969 Constitution of the Second Republic, including the creation of the office of the Prime Minister.
  3. Identify the major political and developmental achievements under the Second Republic led by Dr. Kofi Abrefa Busia.
  4. Discuss the reasons for the fall of the Second Republic and its transition back to military rule.
  5. Analyse the lessons Ghana can learn from the Second Republic experience for democratic governance today.
