Indicator: B3.1.3.1.1 - Explain the purpose of God’s creation of humankind.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Identify the first people God created according to the three major religious traditions in Ghana (Christianity, Islam, and African Traditional Religion).
  2. State who was created first and the order of creation of human beings in the religious stories they have learned.
  3. Explain at least two purposes for which God created human beings, including caring for other creatures and worshipping and serving God.
  4. Demonstrate understanding through discussion, showing respect for the beliefs of all three religious groups in Ghana.
