Indicator: 1.3.1.LI.1 - Identify the roles of professionals in the aviation industry.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. State at least five distinct professions in the aviation industry and describe the primary role of each.
  2. Categorise aviation professionals into their operational areas (flight operations, ground operations, air traffic management, maintenance, and administration).
  3. Explain how the roles of at least three different aviation professionals interconnect during a single air travel journey.
  4. Match specific job responsibilities and duties to the correct aviation professional.
  5. Demonstrate, through a short role-play or presentation, the responsibilities of one aviation professional and how they contribute to safe and efficient air travel.
