Learning Objectives
Indicator: B5.2.10.1.2 - Write a short summary of a level-appropriate text/passage read
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify the main ideas in a level-appropriate passage read aloud in class.
- Write a short summary of a passage using their own words, covering only the main ideas.
- Keep their written summary within a given word limit (about 40 to 50 words).
- Present their group summary to the class for feedback and discussion.
- Revise their summary based on feedback from classmates and the teacher.
