Define the Public Service of Ghana and distinguish it from the Civil Service.
Identify at least five institutions or bodies that form part of the Public Service.
List and explain the key characteristics of the Public Service, including political neutrality, permanence, and merit-based recruitment.
Assess the role of public servants in promoting hard work, patriotism, and commitment to national development.
Explain the constitutional basis of the Public Service under the 1992 Republican Constitution of Ghana.
