Learning Objectives

Indicator: 2.3.3.LI.1 - Exploring technology to build a 21st-century career in physical education.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify at least five specific ways technology is used to build careers in physical education, sports coaching, and sports science.
Explain how digital tools such as video analysis, fitness tracking apps, and social media contribute to professional growth in sports-related careers.
Research and describe the role of at least one professional in Ghana or internationally who uses technology in their physical education or sports career.
Demonstrate familiarity with online platforms (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn, sports analytics software, e-learning sites) used for career development in physical education.
Discuss, in groups, the advantages and potential challenges of using technology to pursue a career in physical education.
