Learning Objectives
Indicator: B3.2.1.2.1 - Identify general space.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Define general space as the total working area available for movement during a physical activity.
- Point out and name the boundaries of the general space in the classroom, playground, or any designated activity area.
- Move safely within the general space without colliding with others, using different body parts and speeds.
- Shade or colour a simple diagram to show the general space of a given activity area.
- Answer questions about general space, explaining why it is important to know the total working area before starting an activity.
