Learning Objectives
Indicator: B3.2.4.2.6 - Identify the key elements for increasing accuracy in rolling a ball and throwing a ball.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Name at least four key elements (coordination, agility, strength, flexibility, timing) that increase accuracy in rolling and throwing a ball.
- Demonstrate correct stepping and releasing techniques when rolling a ball toward a target.
- Demonstrate proper throwing form, including pointing at the target and following through.
- Explain in their own words why timing matters when rolling or throwing a ball.
- Observe a partner’s rolling and throwing performance and identify one element that helped or hindered their accuracy.
