By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  • Listen attentively to a variety of familiar songs from their background and identify them by name.
  • Sing at least three familiar songs with appropriate stress, rhythm, and actions.
  • Demonstrate correct stress on key words in song lines through clapping and voice emphasis.
  • Use actions that match the meaning of the words in the songs.
  • Show confidence in performing songs individually and in groups, respecting others while they perform.
