By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Recite a short French poem about the twelve months of the year with correct pronunciation and rhythm.
Sing a French song that names the months of the year in order, with appropriate melody and expression.
Identify each month of the year in French when heard in a poem or song.
Point to the correct written month card when they hear the month named in a poem or song.
Perform a simple action or gesture for each season when it appears in the poem or song.
