Learning Objectives

Indicator: B4.4.4.2.1 - Poser et répondre à des questions sur les mois de l’année.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Name all twelve months of the year in French in the correct order, from janvier to décembre.
Ask the question “Dans quel mois…?” to inquire about the month of an event or activity.
Respond correctly to questions about the months of the year using “C’est en…” followed by the appropriate month.
Match at least three national or cultural events to the month in which they occur, using complete French sentences.
Play a dice game in which they identify and say the month that corresponds to a rolled number.

Exemple :
- Dans quel mois célèbre-t-on le Fête des Mères ? C'est en janvier.
- Jeu de dé:
Les mois de l'année sur de petits cartons numérotés, les élèves choisissent et selon le numéro
du dé et disent le mois choisi.
- Questions-réponses sur les images des évènements nationaux et les mois où ils se passent.

- Regardez les images d'événements et dites dans quel mois chacun se passe.
