Learning Objectives
Indicator: B6.5.2.5.2 - Provide positive feedback to peers during physical activities.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- State at least two characteristics of positive feedback that is helpful to a peer during physical activities.
- Demonstrate how to give positive feedback to a partner during a physical activity, mentioning a specific good performance and one area for improvement.
- Use a simple “sandwich” approach (praise, suggestion, praise) when giving feedback to a partner or group member.
- Respond to positive feedback from peers with appropriate listening and acknowledgement behaviours.
- Apply respectful and encouraging language when giving feedback in team games and partner activities.
